You have post-secondary education in Information Technology, or computer related discipline, combined with a minimum of 5 years of Enterprise Architecture experience.

You enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements that will guide the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.

The Position The Enterprise Architect reports to the Director Enterprise Architecture.

The role is critical to the Enterprise Architecture team, and is a leadership role that is focused on facilitating the conversion of business strategies into action by leveraging the appropriate technologies.

A primary goal of this role is to facilitate change in a manner that maximizes value.

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for leading the program to develop, maintain and govern the architecture across the enterprise and will identify organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the enterprise architecture.

In addition, the Enterprise Architect will cultivate relationships with business and IT stakeholders, maintain in-depth knowledge of strategic business plans and help drive IT investments while ensuring that the business and IT are in alignment.

This is a 2 year term position.

Education/Other Requirements Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or computer related discipline.

This position requires a Government of Canada Level 2 Secret Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain.

TOGAF, PMP or ITIL certifications are considered an asset.

Must possess 5-10 years of Enterprise Architecture experience.

Experience or a high degree of exposure to Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Cloud Technologies and IT Infrastructure.
