Troubleshoots and resolves basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, andcontrols problems. How you will do itLoads system-level controller software.Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers toEnd devices (e.g., sensors, actuators, etc.) and completes all required commissioningDocumentation & Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expenseReports, and on-site documentation.Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation. Communicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.Follows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.What we look forRequired:Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to use hand tools.Computer skills required.Attention to detail. Good communication and listening skills.2-4 years of experience Installing/commissioning electronic and/or mechanical systems.Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems. Proficient withtest equipment and software tools related to commissioning of controls systems.Understanding of electrical circuitry as they pertain to HVAC controls and their operation.Understanding the engineering process and documenting job progress. Demonstrated ability toaccurately and efficiently startup and commission more advanced controls systems.**Ability to obtain PWGSC Level-2 Secret clearance, and other security clearances
