Creative DesignerThe Ross Design and Creative Team has an immediate opportunity for a versatile andpassionate, Creative Designer.Your personal desire to create epic visuals, messaging, and overall branding is complimented by your technical skill, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in advertising, design, and be crafty with words while applying a consistent, on-brand style characteristic to all of your creations.MORE THAN ONE LANE…You will be primarily responsible for creating visual and messaging concepts in response tomarketing & client briefs which include advertisements, web / e-marketing assets, logo development, tradeshow exhibits, aesthetic industrial design, brochures, proposal submissions, presentation decks, keynote events, SWAG items and other materials in support of corporate goals.

This role will leverage a broad range of your experience and skills: Account / project manager, designer, producer, photographer, videographer, researcher, writer, editor and curator.The successful candidate will understand the importance of supporting day-to-dayinternal production work and tasks, as well as the administrative efforts required to successfully organize, share, and archive all details of your projects both big and small.THEN THERE IS THE CAKE :)This is an excellent opportunity for a creative mind that would love the opportunity totranslate visions of the mind into high-end branding, advertising, and design concepts…

As a valued member of the D&C Team, you’ll have opportunities to ideate, collaborate, and develop your craft within a supportive team environment > You will be expected to bring effective ideas to life > Producing captivating still / motion / 3D designs, original advertising concepts, sensational copywriting, eye-grabbing taglines / headlines, product aesthetic design that stands out, infographics that people want to absorb, wall murals that tell a story, high-end keynote presentation visuals on massive displays, and many other unique creations.Using your imagination, technical skills and the latest software, our mandate is to associate the Ross brand with the highest level of quality, effectiveness and coverage in the live production space.

Together, our contributions need be second-to-none, and in doing so, you handle the pressure and excitement with poise.ESSENTIALS
· Equally comfortable working on original designs and creative, collaborative contributions, and production-work following creative lead as mandated.
· Expert-level Adobe CC skills (AI, PS, AE, InD).
· Typography Firm understanding of usage to produce clean, bold and unique messaging style.
· Comfort developing design briefs with subject-matter experts.
· Creative, engaging, and concise copywriting style.
· Excellent communication skills written / spoken.
· Technical knowledge of file output for a variety of destinations, print, web, exhibit / large format, video / animation + codecs.
· Experience with cross-platform, multi-format files in both vector and raster formats.FIT

· Post-secondary degree or diploma in graphic design and / or 5+ years relevant / demonstrable experience in an agency-style setting.
· Exceptional showreel or portfolio of brand, still, motion, and industrial designs which showcase a range of capabilities with a consistently sophisticated creative style.STAND OUT STUFF
· 3D Modelling, rendering and choreographed animation (Cinema 4D, CAD, 3D Studio Max, XPression, Keyshot, Adobe Dimension).
· AR / VS in response to emerging marketing opportunities.
