POSITION SUMMARY: Working collaboratively with the Windmill leadership team, develop and oversee all functions associated with the planning and execution of new project sales programs and customer service in coordination with the marketing and communications team.

This position includes managing a small internal staff and liaison with outside marketing, sales and public relations consultants as required.

SCOPESales: Direct the Sales program for new projects Growth: Be a key contributor to the evolution of the Marketing and Sales teamsResearch: Direct project-based market/competitive researchReporting: Provide regular reporting to the leadership team, supporting campaign and sales decisions and recommendations, ensuring flexibility and agility to react to changing market needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Management & ExecutionCultivating a dynamic team and best-in-class sales process that results in a steep revenue growth trajectory.Hiring sales people as required and/or engaging 3rd party agents to represent projects.Articulating the value proposition for our projects.Direct the sales process for new projects.Work cooperatively with our marketing department and management team as needed in the interests of improving sales and enhancing corporate communication.Support the interface between sales and marketing teams.Contribute sales & marketing strategy to the development, sales & marketing teams including project positioning, product profiling, release & pricing strategies.Refine a sales process that maximizes conversions of leads.Regular communications and meetings with sales teams to review/discuss lead generation & status, pricing strategy, prospect inquiries and sales contracts.Track sales KPIs for weekly registrations, sales centre walk-ins.Constantly reflect, refine and improve sales process internally.Ensure optimal use of technological tools to assist with sales and reporting, including CRM tools, VR, online scheduling tools etc.Participate in the design of sales centres, oversee sales centre management, and ensure sales team is fully equipped to engage and respond to clients.Liaise with legal counsel on all sales documentation, agreements and tracking.Work with internal and external stakeholders to define product design, specifications and amenities.Weekly check-in meetings and reporting with sales, project management and partner in charge to ensure integration and effective task prioritization throughout the team for maximum campaign success.Collaborate with Customer Service & Selection Specialist toimplement client selections process (in conjunction with external project resources) including defining project standard specifications, upgrades program and pricing.Develop and implement a customer experience journey from initial sales contact through to possession and post-possession service.Ensure transition from sales to customer care division is seamless.

Project Research & CRM ManagementDirect and undertake competitive and market research to ensure effective project positioning strategy.Understand key performance metrics and track competitive projects, campaign results and market trends.Oversee the implementation and successful expansion of project sales and corporate CRM systems.Ensure that sales, customer care, marketing and project management divisions have proper access and knowledge to use the CRM properly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education Requirements:University education and/or graduate degree related to marketing, business administration, project management or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

Experience Required:A minimum of 4-6 years working experience.

Exposure to electronic file storage process.Exposure to CRM software.

Real Estate, Development and Sales industry exposure / experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Professional, organized, progressive thinker.Previous experience in a sales and/or marketing role within real estateExecution, implementation, synergy, efficiency and process focus.

Excellent communication and written skills.Pleasant manner and strong attention to detail.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and flexible to changing priorities with strict deadlines.Be ambitious.Independent thinker and a collaborative team player.Passion for sustainability.Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams and Apple products such as iPad, Macbook etc.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is virtual with a return to an office environment as needed post COVID.

SALARY RANGE: Salary commensurate with experience.
