Retail Operations Specialist/Support Analyst

Enhanced Reliability Clearance MANDATORY


Looking for a strong and experienced (3+ years) Support Analyst to add to our team to support a newly developed cloud-based Retail Point of Sale Solution. We are searching for a candidate who is ambitious, hard-working, and dedicated. The right candidate will be a self-starter with experience working in a fast past environment as we deploy and start to support the new application to over 5500 locations.


The successful candidate should be able to maintain service tickets and provide detailed documentation of all work. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills are important for this position. You must be able to analyze data and identify trends in issues received as well as resolve complex issues using the training you have been provided on the application and associated systems. We are looking for someone who will show initiative and go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are serviced in the best way possible.


Must Have:

1) Solid knowledge and experience with personal computer hardware and software

2) Knowledge of Windows 10

3) Strong problem solving and analytical skills (Troubleshooting)

4) Working knowledge of networking principals

5) Working knowledge of MS Office(Power Point, MS Word) with a strong emphasis on Excel

6) Familiarity with workstation management processes and tools (e.g., patching, software distribution)

Nice to have:

  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Batch Scripting
  • A working knowledge of Cloud Environments
  • Canada Post business knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Android 10
  • Understanding of Cloud environments

Soft Skills:

– Ability to work overtime when called upon

– Flexible work hours to support coast-to-coast deployments

– Bilingual
