The ideal candidate will have business development experience working with potential customers to offer Honeywell-made solutions to fit their needs. You will work with global space agencies, commercial organizations, and academia to gather intelligence, influence Request for Information asks, and lead proposals. You will build strong customer relationships and will use program management skills to oversee and manage customer relations and development programs. You will achieve the required cost and schedule adherence, scope management, export compliance, and Integrated Product Delivery and Support compliance. Key program performance metrics include Estimate at Completion fidelity, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, On Time to Request, Accounts Receivable, and Honeywell Milestone and Reporting Tool Milestone Fidelity.
The Honeywell site you will be working in is a controlled goods program environment, candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
-Minimum 7 years of Space experience
-Minimum 5 years of program development and/ or project management experience
-Minimum 5 years experience with business development
WE VALUE
-MBA preferred.
-PMP Certification preferred
-Effective leadership skills
-Expert-level skill set in all aspects of Program Management including tools and processes (EVM, MS Project).
-Experience in developing and executing strategy and growth plans for new or modified products or applications.
