Member Service Specialist

Then this may be the opportunity for you We are looking for bilingual Member Service Specialists to work in Westboro in Ottawa As a Member Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and exemplary customer service to customers in both English and French.

– You’ll process transactions and handle investment and credit calls
– you’ll need to help with paying bills, booking appointments, and answer inquiries
– You will provide info to callers regarding branch hours and locations, as well as more specific info after a thorough identification verification process.

– You’ll provide a consistently excellent level of service to all callers, and you will be responding to inquiries on both personal and business accounts.

– You will need to resolve all inquiries within your scope of authority, and refer, when appropriate, to another employee in a timely and professional manner.

What you’ll bring to the role:
– Fluently bilingual in English and French
– verbal and written
– Tech-savvy
– you learn computer programs quickly
– Proven record of success in sales and service
– Excellent communication and listening skills
– Flexible work availability
– At least 1 year of call center experience
– At least 1 year of customer service experience at a financial institution
– Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience Some things that will make you successful:
