Customer Service Representative

This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted August 10, 2019.

You don’t need to have specific experience in the Insurance Industry in order to excel as a Customer Service Rep; all that’s needed is a drive to help customers and the willingness to learn You do need to be fluently Bilingual or Trilingual (Arabic is a huge asset) in order to be successful in this role.

RRSP Matching Qualifications Requirements: -You must be fluently bilingual, verbal and written (Trilingual in Arabic is a big asset)
– You must be professional and able to emphasize corporate language in writing, grammar and sentence structure
– You must be customer service oriented
– You should have the ability to be attentive to detail
– You have the ability to give empathy when needed
– You work well in a fast paced environment
