Your new roleAs a Customer Service Coordinator is en excellent opportunity for someone with previous Customer Service experience and someone who is looking to further their career.

This is a highly varied role which includes customer service, sales order processing, invoicing, stock management.Key Responsibilities: Coordination and management of stocks, including forecasting, production planning Coordination of Customers’ orders and shipments Processing of all sales and purchase invoices Sales order processing for website/mail order calls and salon production ordersWhat you’ll need to succeedIdeal for a well organised confident candidate with previous Customer Service and administration experienceYou must have: Intermediate Excel and Word skills A good telephone manner Multi-taskerWhat you’ll get in returnThe hours are: 9-17.0020 days holidayBonus sistemWhat you need to do nowIf you’re interested in this role, send copy of your CV.
