Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a business process analyst and coordinator who can help us manage the way Thomson Reuter’s provides value to our customers at an enterprise scale.

This position is within our infrastructure hosting and networks team, which provides a cloud center of excellence to the company.

In this role, you will collaborate with technology and business partners to design and coordinate our business governance process across product and technology, that will ensure our next product strategies are realized.

As part of the infrastructure, hosting and networks organization, you will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, energetic, and high performing team at the heart of the Thomson Reuters transformation to an operating company from a holding company.

This role will be instrumental to enabling the current and future of how we deliver our products at Thomson Reuters.

Here’s how the position will look.

About the role: In this opportunity as a Business Process Analyst/Coordinator , you will: Process Improvement (50%) Develop relationships with and understand roles of key business process owners and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement improvement initiatives across the organization.

Manage key business relationships and expectations by leveraging the defined communication processes throughout the enterprise.

Influence technology strategy through data-driven analysis and strong business case creation and delivery.

Proactively influence both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization to adopt new or updated processes.

Azure DevOps / Not sure what to call this section (50%) Develop subject matter expertise in Azure DevOps through both a program management and development backlog lens.

Apply subject matter expertise in assisting teams to leverage full capabilities of Azure DevOps.

Create, update, and communicate Azure DevOps best practices for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage and deliver on large-scale, multi-year projects.
