We are still a startup so we can be a little disorganized, but we are always establishing better and better processes.

We are a young company with a mostly young and motivated staff.

We’re based in Ottawa but since the pandemic have acquired employees from all around the world.

In our 4 years of business we’ve gone from 6 to 30 employees, developed 3 successful web products and made partnerships with some of the biggest companies in North America like Cox Automotive, RBC and Equifax.This role involves coordinating the installation of our web tool, askAva, fulfilling service requests and communicating customer feedback to the marketing and development teams.askAva is a web based lead acquisition tool.

It gives the user their real credit score and other credit bureau information from Equifax, and is the first and only product that can do so in Canada.

It can also provide the current market values for the customer’s trade in vehicle when looking to buy a new vehicle.Responsibilities:Provide support for installing Autocorp ToolsPerform QA Autocorp tools are installed correctlyRoutinely check status of installed toolsProvide technical support for Autocorp usersReset PasswordsResend Signup EmailsAdd delivery methods (Email, ADF, HTTP POST)Communicate client feedback with onboarding and development teamsHelp to improve testing and QA processesTechnical Requirements:Proficient in HTML and CSSFamiliarity with JavascriptFamiliarity with SQLGood attention to detail when spotting visual errorsDedicated team playerAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentSolid ability in both written and verbal communicationKnowledge of web development and technical terminology
