Possess strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus skills and experience In the process of obtaining a valid Real Estate License.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Previous business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research.

Experience in commercial real estate or related industry What success looks like You reach and/or exceed your sales quota consistently.

You apply traditional and innovative sales methods, including compelling presentations, virtual demonstrations and networking within the local business community.
