Our client offers a very competitive and comprehensive health and benefit package that takes effect upon hiring, as well as a fantastic RRSP program with employer contribution.***This company was also recognize a one of the 2018 Best Managed Companies in Canada*** APPLY TODAY!!Roles and ResponsibilitiesWorks with Project Management and Site Superintendent to understand and track the progress of work being performed by trades and suppliersKeep dashboard updates and ensure distribution of shop drawings, technical questions and purchase orders as well as manage plans, specifications and addendaCommunicate and manage the flow and transmission of instructions, questions and answers to and from contractors, professionals and clientManage “as-built” plans, instruction manuals and complete document the project progression with daily pictures from the siteEffectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Project Management and Site SuperintendentDevelop and compile close out documentation for both warranty manuals and occupancy inspectionsCoordinate and manage deficiency follow-up with tradesFollow up on requests for final acceptance and release of projectsManagement of end of contract documents to be acquired (Warranties, maintenance sheets, “as built” plans in mechanical-electrical, spare materials, etc.).Coordinate and follow-up, with the subtrades, any repairs under warrantyPrepare meeting minutes for site meetings.Qualifications and Experience3-5 years of experience in supporting Project Managers and Site Superintendents building High Rise Buildings.Ability to read and understand construction-related drawings/documents.

Able to work on multiple projects as requiredSelf motivated with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment, handling competing demandsHighly organized and planedExcellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite and MS ProjectMust have an Advanced Diploma in Architectural OR Civil Engineering DegreeMust have LEED certificationEducation and CertificationsMinimum education required: College DiplomaPreferred field of study: Architecture
