Position Overview

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Customer Relations Liaison will be responsible to answer customer queries and/or complaints providing information on construction activities and final restoration issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone calls and in person concurrences for construction activities with property owners
• Provide information to customer in a courteous and professional manner
• Enter and track data into a tablet in the field
• Follow Aecon’s corporate health & safety program, site policy & procedures manual and environmental policies
• Be an ambassador of the company both internally and externally
• Driving and travel across Ottawa
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to work various shifts including evenings and rotational weekends
• High level of drive, competitive spirit and track record of achievement
• Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Background in sales and construction is an asset
• Must hold valid driver’s license (G Class) and access to own vehicle
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project and Excel skills
