Records Management Clerk


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted July 24, 2018.

Role and Responsibilities:
Classifying documents and filing appropriately
Writing summaries for electronic searches
Labeling files according to retention and disposal schedule
Gathering statistics and data to prepare routine reports
Verifying documents for accuracy
Scanning files to electronic database

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of one (1) year experience providing records management services
Successful completion of secondary or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required.
Experience with an EDRMS system such as iRIMS, RDIMS, LiveLink, GCDOCS would be a strong asset
Valid Enhanced Reliability Level Clearance or eligibility to get one
