Our reputable client in the nonprofit industry is looking for a professional Receptionist to join their team. This role involves maintaining the front desk and providing superior customer and internal support. The ideal candidate must have minimum two years of experience in a similar environment. Excellent communication skills in French and English is an asset.

  • Greet and guests and clients with a positive attitude
  • Responsible for answering and transferring phone calls
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide additional office support such as faxing/photocopying/mailing and filling documents

  • Minimum two years of reception experience in a similar environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French and English is an asset
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload
