This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted November 29, 2018.

Our private sector client is currently seeking a Receptionist for a contract with a possibility of permanence. This position will be starting in February 2019.

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as Receptionist, greeting, dealing with walk-ins and phone calls
Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
Conduct data entry of assigned files Good attention to details
Transferring phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Qualifications and Experience

Must have:Proficient with the MS Office Suite

Nice to have:

2 years of reception experience
