Receptionist

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 10, 2019.

Receptionist needed for our private sector client who is located in the downtown Ottawa area. This reputable boutique law firm requires a bilingual professional to answer multiple phone lines, greet clients in person in a friendly, positive manner, while accomplishing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing courier. This is a one month contract that could get extended.

Roles and Responsibilities
Answer a multiple line telephone system, respond to enquiries an transfer calls.
Provide exceptional customer service to the public as well as internal staff.
Prepare board rooms for meetings.Additional clerical functions, including data entry, working on spreadsheets, filing, faxing as required.

Qualifications and Experience
Fluently bilingual in French and English; mostly oral.
2+ years’ of experience in a formal office setting as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
Knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite. It is considered a strong asset to have experience with PC Law.
The hourly pay is between $16.00-$18.00.
The hours of work are Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5pm, and Friday 8am-4pm.
