This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted August 7, 2018.

Our client in Downtown Toronto is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their fast paced environment for a 2-4 week opportunity. Previous experience working in the Not-For-Profit environment is considered an asset, but not required.

Roles and Responsibilities– Greeting all guests, employees and visitors to the office.- Maintaining the main reception and office area clear and presentable for all visitors.- Answering and assisting with any incoming telephone calls.- Transferring incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties.- Assisting with drafting and editing e-blasts and internal information posts.- Preparing boardrooms and conference rooms for internal meetings.- Ordering catering for meetings when required.- Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining the inventory for all supplies within the office.- Assisting and providing back up support for 3 internal administrative assistants when required.

Qualifications and Experience– Completion of a post secondary education.- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in an administrative or reception based role is considered an asset.- Strong communication and customer service skills. – Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.- Strong working knowledge of both MAC and PC Devices.
