Project Administrator


This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted December 5, 2018.

Our federal government client is seeking a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team ! The consultant will be responsible to plan and organized meetings and teleconferences related to health projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create and prepare the letters, memos, briefing notes, reports and presentation materials, editing documents for grammar, organizing and taking minutes of meetings;
Track and monitor contractor’s activities to ensure they are following policies and procedures with the contractual agreements, managing and administrating contracts budgets, providing directions if needed;
Overseeing and approving all expense claims for verifying and submitting all invoices for payments.

Qualifications and Experience

Must hold a Valid Enhance Clearance;Has recent experience with assisting in the negotiation of health project details;
Has recent experience with providing administrative expertise in the management of health projects, including strategic planning and analysis in the federal government;
Has recent experience with project managing research/health projects involving multiple stakeholders with the responsibilities to ensure milestones are delivered on time;
Has recent experience with providing advice to management in support of particular health related projects;
Has recent experience with overseeing the preparation of briefing notes, reports and presentations.
