This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted July 26, 2018.

Our not for profit client is seeking a junior Finance Coordinator. Hours are Monday-Friday, and hours are flexible and bus accessible. Amazing opportunity with our top client located Downtown Ottawa. Our client is ideally looking for someone with 5 years’ of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in creating invoices and coordinate with internal customers
Provide support to financial leads
Assist in month-end activities
Data entry of journal entries and accruals
Maintaining reports and spreadsheets
Setting up new projects using their accounting system
Qualifications and Experience

5 years’ experience in a professional work environment in an accounting/financial administrative role
Strong organizational skills – the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines is required
Experience with processing and entering data
Excellent English communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to thrive in a deadline, fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and personality are required for this working environment
