Client Administrator


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted August 7, 2018.

A leading online payment processing company, is looking for a skilled administrator with superb customer service skills to join their growing team! This role will support the sales and account managers with all administrative activities for clients.We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Liaise with Compliance, forwarding client marketing materials for review and approval
Provide Compliance feedback regarding marketing materials to clients in a clear and concise way
Proactively complete tasks associated with new client onboarding and implementation of new services for existing clients
Analyze client needs and to recognize opportunities to sell new services to existing clients
Proactively follow client onboarding processes and procedures, discussing with department head when any deviation is required
Accurately update client files in database with new account information as required
Obtain new identification documents from clients when necessary
Prepare and manage applications for merchant accounts within regulation and complianceRespond promptly to client queries with a reasonable response times
Proactively communicate with clients, client care, bank and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are properly managed, met and exceededPrepare ad-hoc reports as required by Clients and Management

Qualifications and Experience
2-4 years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services industry
Experience with data entry and database management
Experience with e-commerce and b2b
Preferred experience supporting Account Management or Sales Representatives
Strong customer service skills, and previous experience in customer service or client care
Excellent communication skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task

Education and Certifications Minimum education required: College Diploma
