Bilingual Membership Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 6, 2019.

Currently recruiting a Bilingual Membership Coordinator to join their non-profit clients office. The successful candidate will have come from a customer service background in non-profit, membership services or the hospitality industry. Candidates must be fully bilingual in both French and English, and have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Roles and Responsibilities
Respond to all member inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner, offering the highest level of service and professionalism.
– You are the first point of contact for all members.
– Update all member information in the database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
– Process payments over the phone, send out information packages, marketing materials, etc.
– Assist with preparing data and reports when requested
– Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
Must be fully bilingual in both French and English; written and verbal.
– At least two years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role; preference given to those candidates with non-profit, membership services, or hospitality experience.
– Strong customer skills and proficiency in MS Office and database are required.

– Minimum education required: College Diploma
