Bilingual Executive Assistant

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted November 20, 2018.

Our client in the advertising industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to work in their Gatineau office. The perfect candidate must be fully bilingual (French and English) and have 5+ years of experience in an EA role. Looking for a high performing EA with great communication skills!

Roles and Responsibilities –

Administrative support for the Executive team through: calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting planning, expense claims, correspondence, answering calls, and more.

Abiding by guidelines of the organization to ensure that digital files/copies are used as often as possible, along with internal databases.

Ability to take a hold of anything from organizing meetings to updating databaseProviding support to Quebec office (where the bilingualism comes in)

Qualifications and Experience –

At least 5 years experience as an EA

Must be fully bilingual (French and English) – verbal

Must have strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
