Bilingual Education Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted May 11, 2018.

Education Coordinator needed for our nonprofit client located in the west end to join their growing team.

We are looking for a fluently bilingual candidate who has at least 1 year of formal office experience, preferably in an administrative coordinator role with a customer service element.

This organization has a large member base in French speaking cities and thus, this position requires a highly proficient French speaking individual.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls and mail regarding the education programs and process
  • Process applications for education programs in database
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service when dealing with members and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and discretion when dealing with accreditation applications

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to communicate fluently in French and English (verbally and in writing)
  • 1+ years’ of experience working in a coordinator position
  • Strong computer proficiencies

Education and Certifications

  • Minimum education required: College Diploma
