Bilingual Administrative Assistant

This is a Part-time position in Ottawa, ON posted October 25, 2018.

Our Private Sector client is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a 1 month contract. The hours of work are from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday weekly. The ideal candidate is highly organized and experienced in office operations.

Preparing board rooms for meetings
Managing an electronic calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments
Receiving and sending correspondence, filing and other administrative duties
Acting as reception including answering telephones, taking messages, and greeting clients
Compiling invoices and preparing documentation

Must have:

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role
Must be fluently bilingual in English and French

Nice to have:

Experience in the healthcare field is considered an asset

Skills Required

  • Education level: High school
  • Work experience (years): 0-2 years

Package

Salary: 15.00-17.00$ per hour
