Administrative Assistant with HRG


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted June 1, 2018.

excelHR’s public sector client is seeking in AS-01 for a 3 month contract with a possible extension.

Duties include but may not be limited to:
– Booking travel
– Scheduling appointments
– Managing an agenda
– ordering office supplies
– Planning meetings and taking minutes
– General administrative support

– Must be fluent in English and must be able to speak french at an intermediate level
– 2 years of experience working as an administrative assistant, asset if within the federal government
– Must hold a valid enhanced security clearance
– Must have experience with HRG
