Administrative assistant, talents – 100% remote work – Multinational


This is a Part-time position in Ottawa, ON posted November 19, 2021.

ABOUT THE JOB Our client, a multinational company in the professional services sector, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its talented team in downtown Montreal.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide all administrative support required for our student, paralegal and lawyer/staff programs, such as: Expense reports, petty cash and cheque requisitions; Data entry (Access, Learning Management System, etc.); Preparation and merging of documents (letters, badges, interview forms, etc.); Updating of various papers and lists; Organization of meetings, room reservations and meal orders; Photocopying and scanning; Filing; Any other related duties; Assist with arrival and departure processes (arrival packets, communications, orientation schedules, etc.); Assist in the organization of various events, recruitment activities and training related to the programs under the team’s responsibility.

– English and French (oral and written) ; Excellent computer skills (Outlook, MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint) and willingness to master new software; High level of rigour and attention to detail; Discretion; Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; Autonomy, sense of responsibility and speed of execution; Team spirit and ability to work under pressure; Positive, customer service oriented attitude; Experience working in a law firm or other professional services firm (asset).
