Administrative Assistant – AS2


This is a Contract position in Ottawa, ON posted June 5, 2018.

Our Federal Government client is seeking an Administrative Assistant (AS2) for a temporary contract.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support in a federal government department.
Routing correspondence and maintaining tracking systems.
Managing daily office operations.
Performing document and file management functions including e-filing, photocopying and scanning.
Booking travel, both domestic and international, and preparing travel expenses using HRG STS Portal.
Managing multiple demands, prioritizing tasks and meeting set deadlines.

Minimum 1 year of experience within the past 3 years using HRG Shared Travel Services to make domestic and international travel reservations as well as prepare travel expenses.
