A Bilingual Administrative Assistant is needed to support a Director for one of our private sector client in the medical field. This a fantastic opportunity!

Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting a DirectorGreeting clients and answering telephone
Prepares correspondence for external partners
Scheduling meetings, travel arrangement and organizing the calendarHelping with financial management (billing, invoices and financial reports)
Ordering of office supplies
Qualifications and Experience

Experience in administration and supporting a Director
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
The individual must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team environment
