If so, consider the following opportunity Sr.

Portfolio Manager In this role you will be a part of the Today’s Shopping Choice (TSC) Technology leadership team.

You will drive discussions and activities regarding IT project funding, resourcing, and prioritization while advocating for the business as it relates to programs and projects.

What you will do: Create and execute on IT and systems roadmap in order to drive business value aligned to the overall business strategy.

Facilitate request intake and ideation process Navigate processes for funding and execution of IT programs and projects Perform portfolio balancing activities Understand, evaluate and manage risks to the portfolio Apply knowledge of Project and Program Management to solve problems in unique and non-repetitive scenarios Assist customers in defining business requirements Serve as a counselor to and catalyst for department managers in identifying areas for technology improvement and/or technology use improvement Be part of an enthusiastic team that depends on measures to define success.

Learn and grow Execute against and augment as required the IT strategy to enable growth for Today’s Shopping Choice business What you will bring: Must have experience in Retail with understanding of IT systems and operations.

10 years of relevant work experience.

Program management experience in a collaborative environment Experience working with cross functional teams Experience in managing a group of simultaneous initiatives.

People leadership skills, with experience building and leading a team.

Strong project financial forecasting and cost management High level of energy and strong passion to lead team members to successful completion of projects and to ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.

Creativity, flexibility and an ability to manage time and reset priorities in a dynamic environment.

Superior skill set, including analytical thinking and problem solving, coaching and leadership, presentation and facilitation, negotiation and relationship building and proficient probing, listening and positioning skills.
