What will you do?

As a senior accounts receivable collector, you are responsible for managing a group of customer accounts with similar nature of tasks for day-to-day work, weekly & monthly deliverable. Focus on key goals like days sales outstanding, bad debt reservice and aging bucket goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call/email customers daily
• Work with various departments to resolve issues
• Populate excel spread sheets regarding large dollar issues bad debt reserve.
• Co-ordinate issues on B2B accounts
• Work in customer portals
• Identify credit risks
• work with 3rd party collection agency.

How will you get here?

Education and Experience:

• University / College Degree
• work in a fast paced environment
• Medium level MS Excel skills, strong overall PC skills
• 2 plus years of related experience
• Ability to work independently but also within a team environment with a dedication to excellence and a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written
• Good at typing
