What Will You Work On?

Reporting to Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, and this individual will work closely with the Finance management team and key business partners to assess program metrics, evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives and develop financial plans on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Furthermore, this role incorporates a combination of financial analysis, strategic analysis, business modeling, and creative thinking through supporting internal stakeholders to ensure that corporate business objectives and financial results are met.

How Will You Create Impact?

Perform consolidation activities to roll up the overall P&L, perform analysis of key variances and prepares summary of results for senior management.

Forecasting and analysis of Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Actively finds opportunities for process improvements and areas of efficiency in annual, monthly and quarterly forecast processes Maintain existing financial models or create new models to drive quantitative insights to support business decisions and/or scenario planning and long-term forecasting Build data models in Excel and/or other tools to support business needs.

Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and senior executive team, highlighting the most relevant and important findings Work closely with the business and management teams in FP&A to evaluate financial impact of AIR MILES initiatives and priorities Demonstrate a logical and creative approach to problem solving Let’s Talk About You: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who possesses a CPA designation or close to completion Minimum 4 years of directly related work experience in Finance and business planning Experience extracting data through Hyperion Strong verbal and oral communication skills and the ability to tailor communication appropriately to different stakeholder audiences There’s a reason we’re recognized as one of the best places to work year after year: We give you more than a place to work, we give you a place to grow your career and we make it a priority to give back to the causes you care about.
