Here’s our story: Department Overview As part of the Testing, Reporting and Regulatory Management team within Innovation, Technology and Shared Services (ITSS) Governance, Control and Oversight (1B), the successful candidate will be a key part of organizing the ITSS control inventory and related testing information in order to better serve the Bank’s shared services groups.

This role offers a hands-on and high-career growth opportunity to provide business technical leadership across a broad range of information management functions to support various areas of data and analytics.

The successful colleague will manage and direct activities related to analysis, design and support of business data management solutions, including larger projects.

Job Description Job Description:
• Coordinate and manage the overall deployment of a Testing Issues Management Application solution (TIMA), including sequencing of project deployments to ensure program effectiveness
• Act as point of contact for all TIMA related projects.

Partner with key stakeholders to schedule and conducting onboarding, training and refresh requirements for all new and existing LOBs
• Determine database structural requirements by analyzing business operations, reviewing objectives with partners, and defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications
• Interact with Team Managers and Senior Managers to remedy application or script problems that may affect application performance.

Implement changes with proper testing, stakeholder signoff, monitoring and with minimal impact to the business
• Analyze report data and be able provide the business with value-add context to the results
• Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution, and timely communication of project status
• Provide data insights, opportunities/gaps with recommended improvement plans and strategies.

• Create comprehensive business unit reporting packages Requirements Education/Accreditations: The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education (Computer science preferable) Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• Database design, management, maintenance and security
• Strong understanding of coding and programming languages for project design, as well as database languages, such as SQL, and protocols.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft related products; specifically, MS Access, Excel and VBA Experience in Tableau or equivalent
• Requirements Analysis
• Project management experience is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated pattern of success and ability to think outside the box
