Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will oversee Russell Hendrix’ Accounts payable team and ensure the company’s Treasury function is organized, efficient and produces accurate financial and management records, as well as providing support with financial auditing operations.As our Treasury Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Manage AP dept.

– ensure that invoices are entered on a timely basis, with proper approvals, and correctly coded; ensure that Russell Hendrix KPI’s are met as pertains to accuracy and processing time; manage P&S AP team members.Prepare weekly listing of outstanding Accounts Payable for CFO review.Organize and prioritize weekly payment runs and assist in preparation of weekly and other periodic cash forecasts.Prepare monthly reconciliations of all intercompany transactions and resolve any discrepancies.Act as administrator for RBC/TD/e-Treasury accounts and Approve disbursements, ensuring compliance with Russell Hendrix internal control matrix.Handle all sales tax remittances and assist in streamlining current tax reporting structureReconcile and remit all WCB payments.Work with AP team to document and automate tasks.Assist with preparation of contractual reporting to lenders.Administer all corporate credit cards; manage and review employee expense report submissions to ensure compliance with Russell Hendrix guidelines.Support annual audit and bank audits as needed.Required Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of hands on experience with at least 5 years supervising or managing teams.Successful completion of university or college degree with a focus on accounting.Intermediate Excel skills – pivots, lookups, etc.Experience with banking portals/administration/cash flow.Experience with high volume of transactions.Experience with process improvements within a manual multi entity environment.Participated in a system implementation including data cleansing, validation, and testing.Distribution/manufacturing experience would be preferable but not required.Must be detail oriented and responsible individual with a proven track record of demonstrating initiative and proposing/implementing solutions to address issues.Proven organizational and time management skills in dealing with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Benefits:Extended health benefits400$/year fitness subsidyDynamic work environmentExcellent employee discountEmployee & Family assistance programOpportunity for growthRussell Hendrix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Russell Hendrix is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment
