What you will doAs the Client Care Associate (CCA) you will be working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships with our clients and working closely and accurately, upholding our philosophy that ‘’the client is our most valuable asset’’.

More specifically, you will develop and foster client relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient service from onboarding of new clients and throughout their business relationship with the company.

As par of the role, you will work collaboratively with the Partners and the Advisors to support the day-to-day transactional and administrative activities and participates in improving and growing the business.

They may perform administrative duties and basic financial functions, but their main role is to assist clients.

They may answer client inquiries, setup meetings between clients and advisors and contact clients with information regarding their investments or insurance.

What you need to succeedWe are looking for a client service oriented person who is a strong team player and actively participates in achieving team goals and who can plan and organize work, anticipate and adapt to different clients’ needs, ask for clarification when required and react quickly to change.

This means that you will:Provide prompt and warm reception of all clients, while providing other measures of outstanding client service and maintaining courtesy and professionalism.Utilize the organization’s culture and standards, oversee the onboarding of new clients.Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

This includes keeping records of client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and their satisfaction levels.Proactively, adjust the client care service model to tailor to individual needs of clients making each client feel special.Follow up with potential clients to provide assistance for all basic client experience requests by phone or e-mail.Contribute to resolving client inquiries, concerns, and complaints either directly or by referring to another staff member as required, ensuring the issues become an opportunity.Develop and assist with client care events.Assisting/coordinating with marketing, social media including enhancing the brand.Assisting with practice management.Representing the company in (social events) such as Chamber of Commerce.You may be required to provide support and assist the Client Investment Associate (CIA) to:Process and execute transactions including following up when there is incomplete/missing applications, forms and information; andProvide administrative assistance to the Partners and Advisors Your education and experienceA minimum of a college diploma, preferably with a focus on subjects such as retail, hospitality, office administration, administrative assistant or business administration or other related disciplines, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or relevant work experience.A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience providing client care experience working with the public.Experience providing administrative support services.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Strong written and oral communication skills can write clearly and grammatically correct short documents and can convey straightforward messages with tact.Assets:Licensed or ability to be licensed (life insurance and mutual funds)Experience with CRMBackground in the financial services industryProject Management Professional or hospitality certificationsAbility to work in both official languages.What you can expect from usThis is a great opportunity to join a leading organization and be part of a high-performing team.
