With this proven history of technical leadership, CBN has the resources and insight to develop this new, more broadly applicable technology.We are developing a new manufacturing technology that is automated, of high precision, and heavily parallelized.We will use it to make counterfeit-proof banknotes, passports, and drivers licenses.Thistechnology has broader applicability to secure documents of all types, as well as to computers, medical uses, and environmental remediation.To support this effort, we are hiring a team of subject matter expert scientists and engineers.Nanoelectronics Physicist:Molecular Electronic Devices (MED)Exceptional candidates will provide a record of achievement demonstrating deep expertise and experience in the physics and chemistry/materials science of the design and operation of molecular wires and switches.In particular, we seek a recognized expert with hands-on experimental and theoretical experience to develop novel molecular electronic devices based on graphene and carbon nanotubes—this in collaboration with a world-class team of scientists and engineers, with world-class hardware and computational tools.The position also requires expertise in physics-based modeling of these molecular structures, wires, and devices using Density Functional Theory and Semi-Empirical modeling tools.The ability to write original code for molecular electronic device design and analysis would be a major plus.The candidate’s resume should describe any original and seminal contributions made to the field, in theory and experiment.This individual will also be required to develop experiments and assist with the fabrication and testing of devices to measure properties and performance, and will have experience in this regard.The resume should provide clear examples and cite publications demonstrating relevant accomplishments, delineating the candidate’s unique contributions vs.
