This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted July 6, 2018.

We are looking for someone with 3 years of formal accounting experience and a post-secondary Diploma in Accounting to join this tight knit team in Gatineau!

Roles and Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivables
Enter and create invoices using
QuickBooksCalculate and process
Payroll for employees
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
Maintain the electronic and paper filing system
Day to day entries of business transactions

  • Minimum 1 year of previous basic accounting experience including working with accounts payable
  • Previous experience working with invoices
  • Advance user of Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
