– this position is for you!Responsibilities:

• This position is also accountable for contributing to the overall success of the company by obtaining company objectives• Meet and exceed sales growth objectives as determined by LVHS• Develop and maintain customer relationship and excellent customer service• Account Management including development of annual Business plans and Quarterly Business reviews• Daily use of our Customer Relationship Management (CM) system for running sales reports and sales call reports / call notes• Support existing accounts by managing inventory levels, performing staff training seminars, in store merchandising and coordination of store promotions including trade support / coop budget management• Outbound calling to prospects and existing customers, follow up with new/existing customers, leads, and opportunities• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and ensure customers are educated on current and new products• Attend trade shows, educational seminars, and sales meetings as required• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner (expense reports, weekly activity reports)• Budget management of demos, car stock, staff trainings, trade / coop spend• Actively participate in weekly 1:1 conference calls and sales meetings to improve sales efficiency and success• Manage your Call Cycle through prioritization for effective and efficient time usage and submit sales call reports weeklyQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:• 4-year College/University degree or equivalent experience in a related field• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required• Knowledge of natural health products (vitamins, herbs, women’s health) is as asset (RHN or CNP certification is ideal)• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as email and the Internet• Working knowledge of Access or other customer management software• Self-motivated, self-starter who is well organized and enjoys a challenge• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines• 2 to 4 years sales experience with a strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills• Budget management experience• Experience with, and a strong commitment to customer service is essential• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skillsQualified applicants, please send your resume to angela@hormonehelp.com with the subject line: Account Manager Ottawa and Northern Ontario application*ranked 43 in Profit 500 magazine (Canadian Business Special Report: Profit 500 2014)Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes and encourages applications from all interested and qualified candidates.
