Role of the Sales Representative:

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our Clients’ products and services. Sales Representatives are to generate customizable sales solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be maintaining positive customer relationships with new and existing customers, therefore, contributing to a strong team of sales professionals in order to achieve company goals. You will be reporting directly to team leaders and sales managers.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

  • Assist in the execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Assist in building the Clients’ customer pipeline by applying unique sales customer service procedures
  • Effectively deal with customer service concerns
  • To be well-versed with product knowledge, promotions, and marketing strategies
  • Monitor competitive products, sales and marketing activities
  • Carry out enticing presentations and demonstrations
  • Actively participate in team meetings and professional development sessions

Our Ideal Sales Representative:

  • A keen understanding of the sales process or willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
  • Self-motivated with the ability to develop within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results driven with a high sense of urgency
  • Has a desire to learn and develop within the sales and marketing industry
  • Working towards career progression and growth within a company
  • Prior experience in sales or a customer-focused environment is an asset
  • Must be over the age of 18 with no criminal conviction or penal offence related to the tasks and responsibilities of the role
  • Must have a valid working visa and reside in Canada
