Bell Business Markets provides a vast array of communications solutions for small, medium, and large organizations. These include managed data and network solutions, cloud computing, conferencing, Web, security solutions and integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services.

The mandate of this position is to create, develop and implement marketing programs and campaigns for the large market segment of BBM

One of the key success factors for this role will be to develop relationships and partner with our clients, the sales organization, in order to develop relevant offers and target the right audience. You must be able to successfully project manage the execution of the marketing programs through the various stake holders: product team, marketing communications, corporate brand team, and internal and external sales channels.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Design integrated programs/campaigns for large market segment
  • Set financial targets for each programs through business case analysis
  • Track and analyze results to objectives from marketing programs.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing Plan to support BBM objectives.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

The ideal candidate has the following experience:

  • University Degree in Marketing or Business(MBA)
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in marketing planning and execution (Marketing 4P’s ); as well as developing and executing business strategy
  • Experience working in or with Bell Business Market or other B2B marketing
  • Experience working closely with sales organizations

  • Detailed and results-oriented
  • Customer focused
  • Strong planning, project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Strong self management and high tolerance to ambiguity
  • Ability to interface with all levels/stakeholders involved in marketing programs
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines; willingness to work extended hours on occasion as required by the business
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) high proficiency
  • Ability to travel occasionally between Ontario and Quebec



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
