Legal Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities
Perform full clerical, administrative, organizational and general office duties for 4 the lawyers.
Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, send reminder for appointments.
Prepare legal correspondence and legal documents.
Set up and maintains filing systems, utilizing knowledge of legal records and procedures.
Liaise with clients, courts and opposing counsel in a professional, effective and efficient manner.
Follow proper filing procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
3-5+ years of experience as a legal assistant or an assistant in a legal setting. Candidates with more years of experience area ideal. Must have strong communication skills in English; oral and written.
Must be independent as well as a team player, be a self starter and like to support others.
Thorough experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and Powerpoint).
