The Job Window is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for a leading promotional advertising & strategic marketing firm in the local area! Our client’s unique marketing and customer service campaigns are tailored to their clients’ company culture and they are well known for their excellent customer service, ability to boost client visibility, and talent in targeting their clients’ most relevant audiences. Due to continued success with its key client account, this firm is in need of a full time Client Relationship Manager to be the first point of contact for customers and clients alike during field customer acquisition and promotional campaigns.

As a Client Relationship Manger, you’ll have the opportunity to work with decision makers in some of the largest corporations in the nation. You’ll serve as an expert and resource person for prestigious Fortune 500 clientele, assisting with any and all inquiries for both consumers and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of each client’s products and services and reporting consumer & customer data and revenue to clients. You will also have the opportunity to assist with our client’s exciting and fast-paced in-field advertising & marketing campaigns, participating in product and service launches and brand promotions in client territories.

What a typical day might look like:

  • Morning meeting to review client agenda and product knowledge.
  • Receive additional training in marketing & sales strategy and customer service.
  • Attend local promotional campaign or assist field customer acquisition team to promote client’s products, brands and services.
  • Maintain business relationships with clients, campaign venues, and big-box retailers.
  • Manage networking to identify new clients and assist in conference calls.
  • Report and evaluate field marketing campaign data.
