The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for managing store pharmacy operations and maintaining a professional and cohesive working relationship with all employees of the pharmacy. You will be expected to ensure adequate inventory levels to meet the needs of patients, and counsel with appropriate documentation to all patients. You must provide friendly, positive and proactive interaction with all internal and external customers as well as create awareness and educate customers through public relations.

Required Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following:Requirements-Pharmacy license in Ontario-Experience in retail pharmaceutical systems and dispensing procedures, i.e. Kroll-Previous Pharmacy Management experience is preferred-Ability to maintain the optimum balance between the profession of pharmacy and business of pharmacy-Strong financial acumen-Excellent communication and organizational skills-Strong customer/patient satisfaction orientation-Strong leadership and decision making skills
