Our client is a growing, global company offering unique health solutions through medical practitioners around the world. We are looking for a Client Experience Manager to be based in Ottawa/Gatineau. This is a key member of the team and will help improve the client experience. The role will work with field representatives to deliver client on-boarding and provide ongoing training and support. This position will also involve rolling-out new head-office initiatives, and reviewing specific territory reports to identify areas for improvement through consultation with field representatives.

We are looking for an individual with a background in life sciences or tech with related account management or customer service experience. Ideally, applicants will have 3-5 years of professional experience, excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence. He or she will work at the head-office level and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the USA. Attention to detail, the ability to understand complex information and communicate in a succinct manner, a global vision and a personality that thrives working in a fast-paced environment is required.



  • Work in conjunction with field representatives to on-board new clients and provide ongoing training and support
  • Roll out new head-office initiatives
  • Develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in the assigned territory
  • Monitor sales activity and review sales reports within the assigned territory, identifying gaps and making suggestions to field representatives to improve the client experience
  • Provide high-quality customer support
  • Create monthly reports to illustrate key statistics related to client engagement in the assigned territory



  • 3-5 years of account management or customer service experience, preferable in the life sciences or technology industries
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders by phone and delivering customer solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Confidence and maturity to provide advice for strategic integrity of regional-level activities
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Exposure to a sales-related CRM software system is an asset
