Service Coordiantor

One of our clients in non-for-profit industry is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team in the West End of Ottawa. The ideal candidate must have minimum of one year experience in community health care service industry and must have strong communication skills. Duties include but may not be limited to:

  • Scheduling and coordinating services with clients while optimizing efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • update and keep track of service delivery schedules based on client’s needs
  • Collaborate with different levels within the organization ensure quality of service
  • Maintain a client database

  • Post-secondary or a College diploma
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the medical field
