Property administrator required for our prestigious client, a leading property management company. ExcelHR is recruiting for a great professional who possesses experience in property management, has the ability to handle a fast paced environment, and has 5+ years in an administrative role.
This is a 13 month contract with the possibility of permanency.

Roles and Responsibilities
Process and follow up on outstanding receivable and payable accounts including rent collections, deposits, vendor invoicing, tenant charge backs, statements and notices.Maintain and update tenant and vendor information, including contact information.Maintain proof of insurance for commercial tenants. Receive and dispatching tenant calls for service.Keep tenant information up to date, property information sheets, binders and more.Perform credit and landlord reference checks.Prepare drafts of lease documentation and schedule meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
Must have 5+ years of work experience in administrative support.
Must have professional experience in commercial property management. Candidates who have residential experience may be considered as well.
Have strong communication skills in English; oral and written. It is considered an asset to have French skills as well.
Thorough experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. It is considered an asset to have experience with Yardi or Space.
The selected candidate will be required to apply for a Criminal Record Check at the time of placement.
