Cardinal Couriers Ltd. is currently looking for an Operations Clerk.

This opportunity would be a one year maternity leave contract.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Customer service, answering customers call and concerns.
  • Scheduling driver’s daily operational task, assisting drivers as required.
  • Responsible for all E-Cycle regular and on call pick-ups scheduling.
  • Reporting unlabeled or unmarked shipments
  • Completing daily operational reports.
  • Performing Daily customer data entry in portal system.
  • Completing vendor’s P.O. requisition.
  • Keeping terminal maintenance and supplies inventory. 
  • Responsible for leased vehicle and trailer maintenance.
  • Update broker’s documentation information and renewal.
  • Health & Safety committee minutes, First aid kit supplies.
  • Assist warehouse operations & scanning.
