Bilingual Receptionist


This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted July 20, 2017.

Seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for excelHR’s private sector client. This short term contract position is  wonderful opportunity to work in a professional office setting.



-Greeting and welcoming all clients, immediately contacting required staff members of arrivals of their client(s)

-Providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in an efficient manner

-Maintaining boardroom bookings and scheduling meetings

-Answering and transferring incoming calls from clients

-Handling client inquiries

-Performing document and file management functions, including e-filing

-Additional duties and tasks as they arise

IMPORTANT: Bilingual in French and English

-Related post-secondary education or relevant work related experience

-Previous office experience 1-2 years

-Excellent attendance is essential
