Our client located in downtown Ottawa is seeking a temporary to permanent Bilingual Receptionist. If you have strong communication skills in French and English, and have a passion for customer service and administration – then this is the role for you! Only those who present with a bilingual background will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities-
Greeting guests and visitors to the office environment.
Answering questions, and inquiries by telephone in both official languages; French and English.
Assisting with sorting and preparing mail arrivals and pick ups.
Ordering required office supplies when needed.
Preparing the small and large boardrooms for meetings, conferences and lunches.
Assisting internal team members with required administrative duties.
Providing back up support to primary receptionist.
Scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry and database updates when required.

Qualifications and Experience-
Bilingual in both French and English is required.
Strong customer service background.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Self motivated and a strong team player.
Strong organization and attention to detail skills.
Minimum of 2-3 years working experience as a receptionist and/or office administrative assistant is considered an asset.
